Pickle Ball at Altona Forest PS
Mr. Cho Chu has a passion for Pickle Ball. he has introduced the sport to the Recreation Department at the City of Pickering, is busy doing the same at the Town of Ajax and most recently helped introduce the sport to Altona Forest PS...the first of what we imagine will be many schools who take up the sport over the coming months and years. It's a relatively easy sport to learn, provides a light cardiovascular workout and is easy on the joints-perfect for seniors...and for children!
