Sister Jen serves up the suds at Irish Times

St. Practice Day and Irish Wake

O'Hara's Irish Times was a place of merriment last month, as they celebrated St. Practice Day and an Irish Wake all in one night. St. Practice Day is a warm up to St. Patrick's Day.The goal is to get you in tip top shape so that you can party the day and night away on St. Patrick's Day. Couple this with an Irish Wake, which is typically a celebratory occasion and you have yourself quite a party. O'Hara's Irish Times at 1400 Bayly near the Pickering Go Train spared no expense on the night with entertainment by Alan Chapman, Ireland's leading flute player, 3MDM and some of the best Irish Dancers around. Customers of the bar came dressed as priests and nuns, the attire chosen by the staff on the night. It was a great party at the pub and everyone played their parts well!
