New Year New You at Complete Sports Performance
Richard Karikari, former Grey Cup Champ turned business owner, invited SNAP to a Complete Sports Performance football training camp at the Whitby Soccer Dome on January 16th. Karikari has been running the camp for seven years (over 1300 players) and has seen NCAA and CIS stars passed through. This is Canada's largest winter football camp and the coaches who come out are all former CFL and NFL players. The camp runs for 8 weeks and encourages young athletes from ages 8-18 to come out and learn valuable football tips and techniques. Complete Sports Performance is located at 143 Mills Road in Ajax.
